I just think you should really take a look at this typo in the recipe: "semi-sweat milk chocolate". Because I'm pretty sure you meant "sweet" and not "sweat", although maybe you did mean "sweat"... in which case, I may not try it out then only because, it might be difficult to purchase that at my grocery store.
